What types of homes do you build?

We build both traditional wood-frame homes and ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) homes. Home sizes range from around 2,000 square feet to large multistory custom homes. We also handle additions and small commercial structures.

What is ICF construction and why would I choose it?

ICF stands for Insulated Concrete Form; walls formed using interlocking foam blocks filled with concrete and reinforced with steel. The result is a home that is significantly more energy-efficient, quieter, and structurally stronger than standard wood-frame construction. We are a Certified Nudura ICF Builder and Installer.

How much does a custom home cost?

Pricing ranges from approximately $200,000 to well over $1,000,000 depending on size, materials, and specifications. We offer both turnkey and cost-plus pricing. The best way to get an accurate estimate is to contact us with your lot location, desired square footage, and any specific requirements.

Do you work with owner-supplied plans?

Yes. You can bring your own architectural plans and we'll build from them, or we can help connect you with the right resources for design if you're starting from scratch. Either way, we make sure the plan is buildable on your specific lot before we break ground.
